Honestly, I feel this company ought to reconsider how they communicate, but at least I got what I paid for in a decent timeframe and it arrived in good shape. I'm on the fence about using them again, mainly due to their not-so-great reputation. Maybe that's a bit harsh, but it was a pricey purchase.

Absolutely terrible experience. I didn’t receive any order confirmation, yet they took the money from my account. I tried reaching out to them, but no luck. When I asked my bank to reverse the charge, they ended up sending the item much later than promised, and without any communication. They delivered it to a part of the building I can’t get to, and I never signed for it. Plus, I didn’t want it on that day. Now they expect me to handle the return and cover the costs, but like I mentioned, I can’t access the packages or arrange for transport. Seems like this is just how they operate. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.

I gave them 4 stars since they replied to all my emails and I did get my order, even though it took way longer than the 3-4 working days they mentioned.

This is a scam operation. They accepted my payment but failed to send the item. They kept providing misleading info about when it would arrive.

Honestly, if I hadn't used PayPal, I doubt I would have seen my money again. Just a heads up, and I'm curious to see how they respond to this. I've saved all the emails from on-buy, so I'm ready to share if needed.
